Terms and Conditions
Reservations:
Reservations are only confirmed upon the return of one weeks rental.
The remaining balance due for the period booked must be paid on arrival
( firm arrival and departure must be stated, every endeavour
will be made to accommodate guests desiring
to extend their stay, but no guarantee can be given.

Cancellations:
If notice of cancellation is received 3 weeks from commencement of stay,
the deposit will be refunded, less a cancellation charge of 15% of total rental.
Where less than 3 weeks notice is given, no refund will be made,
unless the accommodation can be re-let.

Arrival & Departures:
Apartments must be vacated by noon on day of departure, additional
hours (if available) will be charged on the complete day basis.
Arrival before 9AM and after 6PM must be arranged in advance
with the management. Apartments are not available for occupation
until 1PM. If you anticipate arriving early morning and would
prefer immediate access to your apartment we suggest
you book from the day prior to your arrival.

Breakage's:
An inventory will be made on the morning of departure,
and any damage or breakage's will be charged to the occupier.

Telephone:
A deposit of £150 is payable on arrival if a telephone is required.
Any balances will be forwarded after metered and operator assisted calls
have been deducted. Calls are charged at the rate of 18 pence per unit,
any difference is payable on demand.
